Our extensive hosting offer consists of the following components:

automated and reproducible deployment methods to significantly reduce the risks associated with deployment in the production environment
distributing data clusters over several geographical locations and hot backups to avoid data loss
continuous monitoring of the stability and integrity of the system
disaster recovery plans with defined RPO and RTO metrics
constant adaptation of the IT resources to your actual usage in order to guarantee the best possible price at all times

We work exclusively with hosting providers that guarantee a high level of quality and security and operate data centres certified according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, PCI DSS 3.2, SOC-1 Type II and SOC-2 Type II.

Maintenance

Only continuous maintenance of the software guarantees long-term and sustainable functionality so that you can use your solution under perfect conditions for many years.

The following services are included in our software maintenance (according to the selected SLA level):

development/application of patches provided by Camptocamp, the community and/or the publisher
maintenance of project documentation and maintenance of our competencies
versioning and history of the source code and changes
