Diversity and Inclusion

We actively promote diversity and inclusion within our company. Currently, our team consists of 75% men and 25% women, and we are proud to foster a balanced work environment.

We also support part-time work, with 40% of our employees working part-time to better balance their professional and personal lives.

Inclusive Hiring and Refugee Support

Camptocamp is dedicated to providing opportunities to individuals in vulnerable situations. We hire refugees in training, offering them the chance to rebuild stable and fulfilling professional lives.

Additionally, we welcome individuals undergoing career transitions, enabling them to develop new skills and redirect their careers.

Support for Local Schools

We believe in the importance of education and nurturing young talent. This is why we collaborate closely with local schools by hiring interns, apprentices, and work-study students.

As part of this mission, we actively support institutions like École 42 Lausanne, where we serve as sponsors, welcoming several interns each year to provide them with enriching and practical experience. Moreover, we partner with initiatives such as the Cours Turing at EPFL, which aims to inspire and train the next generation of IT talent. Through these partnerships, we contribute to the growth of young professionals while reinforcing our commitment to the local educational community.

Carbon Footprint and B Corp Certification in Progress

Our commitment to greater social and environmental responsibility continues to grow.

Currently, we are conducting a comprehensive carbon footprint assessment of our company to accurately measure our impact and implement an effective reduction plan.

We are also preparing for B Corp certification, a recognition of our efforts to achieve the highest standards of social and environmental performance.

Environmental Initiatives

At Camptocamp, we take concrete steps to reduce our environmental impact.

For example, in some countries, we financially support soft mobility initiatives, encouraging our employees to adopt eco-friendly modes of transportation. We are progressively rolling out an adapted mobility policy across all our offices.

Aware of the energy consumption and resource impact of our IT equipment, we are developing a responsible purchasing policy to ensure optimal and long-term use of these materials.

Structured CSR Commitment

To structure and strengthen our CSR approach, we appointed a dedicated CSR Manager in 2024. This person oversees the implementation and monitoring of our social and environmental initiatives, ensuring we remain on track to achieve our goals.

Training and Volunteering

We believe in the continuous education of our employees. As such, we offer training workshops like the Climate Fresque, to raise awareness and educate our team about climate issues. We have trained 10 employees as facilitators for this workshop.

As a digital company, we also reflect on our industry’s impact by organizing Digital Climate Fresque workshops at all our offices in 2025, along with a series of conferences on responsible digital practices and eco-design.

At Camptocamp, we are determined to create a better future and be a positive force for change. We believe that every action counts, and we are proud of the progress we are making together.
