Apprentice Internal IT CFC (m/f/d)

Your day as an Apprentice Internal IT CFC

Throughout your training, you'll have the chance to discover the world of work as part of a dynamic team with a passion for Open Source. Here are some of the tasks you'll be expected to perform:

• You will manage Camptocamp's internal IT resources in coordination with the internal IT team.
• You manage services such as Google Workspace and Atlassian products.
• You provide support, troubleshooting and helpdesk services for experienced users and resolve incidents at their workplaces.
• You work closely with other members of the internal IT team.
• You are responsible for installation and configuration.
• You maintain computers and networks.
• You manage IT security, antivirus software and control user access.
• Manage tickets via Jira (Helpdesk).
• You manage local (LAN) and remote (VPN) networks.

Every day, you will have the opportunity to learn something new, contribute to meaningful projects and have a good time with your colleagues.

Additionally, you have the option of taking a maturité professionnelle (vocational school-leaving certificate), which will open the door to engineering schools.

Your profile

Your essential skills for success in this role

• You’re comfortable using IT tools.
• You are curious.
• You are motivated to learn new things.
• You speak French and have some knowledge of English, German would be a plus.

The icing on the cake

• You're an expert in Mario Kart 8 on the Switch, or are willing to learn :-)
